Anyone doing this or already done it??
Or am I on my own again
Course offically starts 2 weeks before my ED209 exam so I won't even be looking at the course materials until the October holiday; I may have to cram for 1st TMA!! |

looks like you are on your own again veggie! At least it's a subject you feel confident in and I'm sure you will master this one. |

Well the trail blazer is getting on with the new course and would just like to thank everyone that kept me going through ED209.
So far this one looks a bit less intense than ED209 but there is still 6 TMAs to get through and an exam at the end!! and guess what .... I am starting yet another course in Jan
Need some sort of mad as a hatter emoticon |

I think I may have study fatigue I have been working really hard for the past 3 weeks and have read/written loads (nearly 2 TMAs done ) and I have come to a stand still
I want to get ahead as I am starting another course in Jan but at the moment work/housework/just about everything seems to be getting in the way of study.
The forum for this course is huge and so many people talking about things that are actually there in black and white in the books and I am not sure when they actually get the time to write anything as they always seem to be on there moaning they can't do xyz.
I am so glad I have this forum, even if I keep doing courses that no-one else is doing I can't still have my rant in my cosy DSE212 thread |

I can see which course you are doing now!![ Asked in the other thread]
I really admire your detemination veggie! I think I may have to overlap future courses as the break has been nice BUT..... I have got out of the studying habit. Well, a bit anyway as I have been helping a friend at work who is doing her Foundation degree yr 3. |

I have replied on the other thread too!!
Overlapping is OK if you get yourself organised. I am trying to do this degree as fast as I can as the years are ticking by and I want to progress in my career (now that I have found what I think is my niche in life!)
Hope your studies go well. I am starting yet another course in Jan |

How long will you be overlapping this and the next course for? Are you going for the childhood and youth degree or an open degree?
I know what you mean about time ticking away. I don't want it to drag on for 6 years. I'll end up like my mum! She has one more course to do then she has a degree and she is 77 years old in January!!!!
Seems like she has been studying for ever. Well over ten years now [with breaks in between] |

bluebell, give your Mum a big hug from me; I think it is brilliant that she is still studying. I keep telling Mr V he should do something but he says he is too old (at 49!!) - I add now I married an older man
I started this course in Oct and it finishes with an exam in June, I start the next in Jan and it finishes (I think) in Oct with an exam!! I am also considering a summer school squeezed in if OU allow!!
I am studying for a Psychology degree. I want to be an Ed Psyc. |
