Hi guys, havent been on here for a while mmm well about 12 months actually, sorry guys. Embarassed
anyway was thinking of doin the HLTA but still undecided. some advice would be great. My head is fully supportive(even though I only started working there in september) I am a coversupervisor but still support in the classroom when there is no cover, would the status benefit me
any advice will be greatfully appreciated.

I am pleased I did ........NOW. However I went through a few traumatic days mainly because we had a very quick turn around.I did enjoy the days in and meeting new people.Have a look at the HLTA docs on the website and it will give you some idea what you are letting yourself in for. Very Happy
