First observation Tuesday......ahhhhhhhhh

One of the activities I've to do is an outdoor activity, could be anything bikes, bats, balls etc but has to include a warm up and warm down. I think I'm going to arrange some of the equipment to make an obstacle course. Thing is our setting, when its out door play they literally just open the door and off they go, all racing off who can get bike first etc. I am hoping if i have time and theres a member of staff to go with me avoid playtime and do it just before, or else its gonna be a bit of a nightmare. I could if any one as any ideas do with some suggestions for the warm up down activities
Thanks Mrs T

Went Okay thanks.

I arranged the outdoor equipment into sort of an obstacle course. I then asked the children to warm up shaking, bending bits and pieces before letting them on the equipment. Had a child fall over cried his eyes out bless him but apart from that they all enjoyed it. Finished with head shoulders knees and toes. At the time I picked fault at loads and paniced a bit with the boy falling over but when i got feedback it was good so couldn't have been as bad as I thought.

Thanks for asking, haven't visited for ages been so busy with work, volunteering and applying for any job going, only just spotted your message. Gonna see what everyone else up to now, post soon
