Please can someone enlighten me...

what do these relate to - are they the 'old' high frequency lists of words for R, Y1, etc...

I'm only guessing - but does your school use the Letters and Sounds format....in there are new groupings of words to learn for spellings ....it starts with a group of words which are most commonly used in childrens reading books ( think).
