there seem to be a few things happening on the forums at the moment

if you find you cant get onto the forum at any time then pop back later, these problems and updates are normally cleared up within a very short space of time, often as soon as they are reported

and of course if we know in advance of any updates or downtime then we will let you know!

these are usually worked on when the forum is less busy, during the night, but obviously could happen at any time

The forum seems to be having a problem which seems to effect some members. New members should be OK. According to forum support the problem has been caused by the server clock. To quote them


'The server clock was six hours out.

Now that it's on correct time, you cannot post again until the current time exceeds that of your last post.'

Dont wanna work for me... so i guess i'll have to wait!!

Please would everyone change the time in their profile so that it reads GMT+1. This will put you back at the correct forum server time.

Once that has been done if you go and check the time of your last post (this is for the members who are having problems at the moment and that won't be everyone) you'll find, hopefully you'll be able to post normally again when the forum time reaches 1 min past that time for example my last post time as Tiki read 3.53pm that means at 3.54 forum time I should be able to post again as myself. If it works for me it should work with the rest of you. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Trueblue your time read 4.45pm you should be able to post as yourself at 4.46
Dq your times are 4.57 and 4.58
summer 3.59 and 4.00
smilez 5.43 and 5.44
shirazee 4.53 and 4.54

You have to put GMT + 1 busybee. not minus

The forum server is in the process of beimg updated

if the forum is unavailable when you try to access it, then try again later, it is usually only offline for a short while

you can access the chatroom as long as you have it bookmarked, there will usually be someone around, depending on the time

The bug problems that are happening at the moment are beyond our control, Forum-up support are aware of the problem and are trying to sort it out. Other forum up forums are having the same problem as well.


You can try posting and don't worry if you end up with duplicate posts. We'll remove all the extras when they've sorted the forum out.

I'll wish you all bonne chance and hopefully we should be back to normal soon.
