maybe i didnt write it properly or make myself clear enough, what i suggested was that if members have problems then they post the query on the open forum and you reply to them on the open forum rather than in pm

Totally agree with DQ. I'm sure members would value your advice but if questions are posted in the open forum then not only would others members gain from your experience but some may also be able to give advice. there are other members with lots of IT experience that can pass on their knowledge too. I'm also an IT tech (well till friday anyway Wink
