can someone help please can't connect to chatters Crying or Very sad

i have got a pass word and been on plenty of times before.but for some reason can't today Evil or Very Mad

how far do you get, do you get the applet logo if so does the red line come across it

if not try closing down you internet explorer and loggin in again it sometimes helps for me

have you tried the link i gave you

or have you installed a pop up blocker, try pressing shift key at the same time you click the chat button
