Is this equivalent to NVQ level 3?? Does anyone know???

i would think at least at that level. Does it include the E111 because isnt that at level 4 already, i would phone the OU enquiries and ask

I think it works the same as E111 (supporting learning in primary school); it is a stand alone certificate showing you can support learning in early years 9which I assume would be nursery/infant??). E111 covers a lot of the same standards that you require for HLTA, but at present you still need to do a HLTA course to become one. I would think it would be the same as NVQ 3 if not 4 as DQ said; best advice was DQ's phone OU and your local college to see what they say about it.

Ok maybe a silly question but what's the difference between a NVQ and a QCA?? Is there anyway of working out how they compare?
