Took this back to the library on Saturday with a couple of others. Realised yesterday that my bookmark was still in the book, it's a silver heartshaped metal one that slots over the top of the page with 'Jodi Picoult' on it, got it free with one of her books & it's a great bookmark Sad

Called at the library this afternoon after checking online that the book was still there, found the book on the shelf but no bookmark Shocked

asked at the desk if it had been handed in & there it was waiting for me in an envelope with my name on Very Happy

how efficient are my library staff hug
