1Hello,

I got an interview for TA this Wednesday.This is the first ever TA interview I am going to attend. They have asked me to do any 15 minute classroom activilty of my choice for foundation stage.

I have several ideas but am not sure which one to do?I plan to do a mathematical activity or some arts and craft.Can any one give me any idea.

I wonder what would they be expecting of me? and can anyonr kindly answer this typical interview questions.

1.How aware are you of procedures/policies relating to Child Protection, accidents, confidentiality?
2.. Are you familiar with the National Occupational Standards? Where would you find out about them?
3.What personal attributes do you think you could bring to the role?

i would google no 1 and 2 and print off some info to read before the interview

as or number 3, make a list of your skills and qualities and think about how you could and would use those in a school situation

Along with the standard policies for Child Protection etc it might also be a good idea to mention the school's ensuring that when dealing with accidents, CP etc it is also in line with their own guidelines, ensuring information is passed directly onto the CP responsible in school etc ????
