I have recently switched browser to Firefox because I'm fed up of waiting 10 mins for IE to catch up with me. Thing is, I can't login. I've tried changing password but even then it won't accept me.

I'm still okay to get in with IE. Is this a known problem with Firefox and if so, is there a way round it?

I used to use firefox with no problem... hopefully someone will be able to help?

Have you checked that the site isn't banned for some reason?

Which versions of IE and Firefox are you using?

I use IE 7 and no idea what version of Firefox it is. I've given up using Ff to get on this site though as nothing I do seems to fix the problem. I shall hang on to IE for this one.
